What’s the difference between thermal imaging and night vision?

Thermal imaging detects heat signatures from people, animals, and objects—working in complete darkness or through smoke and fog.

Night vision amplifies existing light (like moonlight), so it needs at least some ambient light to function.

VXFcore offers both, depending on your use case.

Can I use VXFcore devices during the day?

Yes. VXFcore thermal scopes and monoculars work 24/7—day or night. They're not affected by sunlight, making them ideal for scouting, tracking, or tactical observation around the clock.

Are VXFcore products waterproof and shockproof?

Absolutely. Every VXFcore device is IP66 or above, and field-tested for shock, dust, and extreme weather. Whether it's pouring rain or rugged terrain, our gear is built to endure.

What is the detection range of your thermal devices?

Detection range varies by model, sensor resolution, and lens size.

For example, a VXFcore thermal scope with a 50mm lens can detect a human-sized target up to 1800 meters away. See product specs for details.

Do your scopes require a license or permit?

In most countries, thermal and night vision devices for civilian use do not require a license. However, export restrictions may apply. Please check local laws or contact us for region-specific guidance.

What’s the warranty policy?

VXFcore offers a 3-year limited warranty on all devices. This covers manufacturing defects, sensor issues, and firmware failures. Accidental damage and misuse are not covered.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the U.S., Canada, Europe, and many other regions. Delivery times vary by country. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

A: Yes, we offer international shipping.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 5-14 business days, while international orders may take 7-15 business days.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If your item is out of stock in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production line with the same delivery times as indicated in our shipping page.

Q: How do the Fusion thermal goggles work?
A: The Fusion thermal goggles use our new affordable thermal imaging technology to detect heat signatures, allowing you to see in complete darkness. It comes with our standard 6mm IR camera enabling a night vision mode onboard.
Q: What is the battery life of your goggles? 
A: Our goggles feature an external, replaceable battery design for maximum field endurance. The device offers a minimum standby time of 8 hours. It is compatible with high-capacity 18650 and 28650 lithium batteries, making it incredibly easy and fast to swap power sources during extended operations.
Q: Are your goggles compatible with helmets?
A: Yes, they are designed to be compatible with most helmets and headgear. We sell basic helmet mounts for casuals and also rhino mounts for more serious users.
Q: Can I record videos or take photos? 
A: Yes, absolutely! Our latest models fully support 1080P Full HD video recording and high-resolution photography. Each device comes with a built-in 32GB SD card to store your tactical footage.Furthermore, the system features integrated WiFi streaming with dedicated iOS and Android apps. This allows you to achieve seamless photo/video capturing, real-time live streaming, and full remote lens control directly from your smartphone.

After-sales Policies Cancellation & Refund

14-Day Window: Customers have 14 days after product purchase to request a refund.
Fees: Orders not shipped yet are subject to a 10% fee after 24 hours. Shipped products are subject to a 30% restocking fee within the 14-day window.

After-sales Policies Defective on Arrival (DOA)

Reporting: You must report any quality issues within 24 hours of receipt.
Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, without any modification or disassembly.


Shipping Damage


Package Damage: If the packaging was damaged by the carrier but the product is non-functional, we provide a replacement free of charge upon proof of damage.
Timeframe: For damaged or broken items, please contact us within the first 7 days for a full refund or reshipment.
